プロジェクト始動からお引き渡しまでの基本的な流れをご紹介します。

Here is the basic flow of a project from start to finish.

• 02.

  Meeting

  キックオフミーティング

  物件のご要望などのヒアリングを行い、プロジェクトの目的やデザインの方向性、コスト感などお互いの考えを共有し、意思の疎通を図ります。デザイン料や、契約内容の確認を行います。

  First, we will conduct a briefing to hear about client’s requests such as purpose and objective of the project, design preference and budget in order to gain mutual understanding and to share the same goal.

• 03.

  Presentation

  プレゼンテーション

  キックオフミーティングから3、４週間後（物件の規模による）、模型またはパース、素材サンプルを用いてインテリアデザインのプレゼンテーションを行います。提案に対するご意見、改善点等打ち合わせを行います。

  Within 3-4 weeks from the kickoff meeting (subject to vary depending on the size of the project), we will give a design presentation using a model and/or interior renderings with some material samples. Following the presentation, we will go over the feedback and work on revision.

  Design &
  Drawing

  基本・実施設計

  プレゼンテーションで決定した内容を図面化し、デザインをさらにブラッシュアップさせながら実現化へ向けて見積もり図面の作成を行います。施工会社から出された見積書を元に、VE案など予算調整を行います。

  Once the basic plan is determined, we will start preparing drawings based on the agreed plan for cost estimation and work towards realization while keeping brushing up the design.Upon receipt of estimates from contractors, we will offer value engineering suggestions if necessary and make adjustments as needed.

  Design
  Management

  設計監理

  デザイン、金額が決定後、工事完了まで施工業者と細かな打ち合わせを行いながら、サンプルや施工図面のチェック、現場が図面どおりにできているか等、設計監理業務を行います。

  Once the final design plan and budget are agreed, we will work closely with contractors and inspect the site on a regular basis until the day of completion to make sure that everything is properly executed according to instructions.

• 06.

  Hand over

  お引き渡し

  内装工事完了後、現場でお引き渡しに立ち会い問題なく工事が完了しているか、図面通りにできているか、過不足はないか、現場チェックを行います。

  Upon completion, we will go through a confirmation process with client to check and see whether the project is fulfilling their request in accordance with the final plan without any flaws.
